A new piece for a friend of mine, inspired by her living room. Just carved the Wedi board last night and got started on placing the stained glass tonight. This is much more realistic than the work I’ve done to date. It’s been fun to translate what I’ve seen in her space as I work on this commissioned piece. So far, this is stained glass on wedi board with wooden beads. The adhesive I’m using this time dries white which is odd since mostly what I use dries clear. Also, you can see a rough sketch of my design in silver Sharpie. It’s amazing how reflective it is!!

Looking forward to working on it again tomorrow! I will continue to post pictures as I make further progress.
